Urgent dental appointments

Emergency dental care in Scarborough & Pickering

Prompt assessment for tooth pain, swelling, infection, trauma, a knocked-out tooth or a broken restoration at our Scarborough and Pickering dental offices.

Patient-first treatment

Call early when something feels wrong.

Dental problems can worsen without assessment. Our team will ask about your symptoms, help determine urgency and offer the most appropriate available appointment. Treatment depends on the cause and may begin with pain relief, imaging, medication when clinically indicated or definitive dental care.

Frequently asked questions

Helpful answers before your visit.

These answers are general information. Your treatment options and expected outcome depend on an examination and individual diagnosis.

Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?

Availability varies. Call as early as possible and our team will advise you about the soonest appropriate appointment.

What should I do with a knocked-out adult tooth?

Handle it by the crown, not the root. If possible, gently place it back in position or keep it moist in milk and seek urgent dental care immediately.

When should I go to a hospital?

Call 911 or seek emergency medical care for difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling, severe facial trauma or other life-threatening symptoms.

Call our main office at (416) 269-2345 to request an appointment at our Scarborough—Markham Road or Pickering office.
